Welti-Furrer is the first transport company in Switzerland to put environmentally friendly hybrid trucks to work. This leads to fewer emissions.
The new vehicle is the Atego BlueTec Hybrid from Mercedes-Benz. This hybrid truck has already won the title of “Truck of the Year 2011” and the “German Sustainability Prize 2010” in the Products category.
